• These Green Ameiva Lizards are extremely fast and agile. They are also known as the South American Ground Lizards and Amazon Racerunners. They have a green base that is enamored with black specks running down the length of their body. Males typically have a much more vibrant green than females.  They are known to shelter within logs and leaf litter.

• Size: Adults reaching up to 15-20 inches
