FedEx and other delivery agencies are used for shipping and live arrival is guaranteed. If you wish to arrange a local pickup, please send an email or shipping.
If an animal is delivered dead, the buyer must email or call geckosrepts immediately after delivery and provide photo and video proof before a refund will be issued.
We only ship Monday through Saturday. Due to the possibility of a package being delayed over the weekend, we do not ship on Thursdays for Saturday delivery.
Payment plans are provided on an agreed basis and full payment for animals is due at the end of the agreed timeframe.
